Simmons Hanly Conroy Supports Lindenwood Athletics

Video Board Dedicated in Honor of Paul J Hanly Jr.

On October 1, Lindenwood University officially dedicated the new videoboard inside Harlen C. Hunter Stadium at the football game against Southeast Missouri State.

The funds to complete the construction of the videoboard were donated by Simmons Hanly Conroy Law Firm, which has five locations, including its headquarters in Alton, Ill.  Lindenwood recognized Simmons Hanly Conroy at halftime of Saturday's game.

The board towers over the southeast corner of the field, and the project was completed in late summer.  The Fair-Play board was implemented by Conference Technologies Inc. (CTI) which is based out of Maryland Heights, Mo.  The display measures 70' 10.5" wide, and 27' 6.75" high, and is made up of 5,443,200 total lamps. In addition, Conference Technologies Inc. identified a local school district to repurpose Lindenwood's previous scoreboard, paying it forward to K-12 schools in the community.

"While we are very appreciative of the support from Simmons Hanly Conroy Law Firm, we are also humbled and honored to be able to play a small part in recognizing the memory of Paul Hanly Jr," said VP for Intercollegiate Athletics Jason Coomer.  "It is clear the impact that he had on many and we are very fortunate to be able to help keep his memory in the forefront with this game changing enhancement to Hunter Stadium."
