On Tuesday, the Lindenwood men's tennis team beat the Missouri Baptist Spartans in a convincing 5-2 victory.

All three doubles pairs were successful against MBU, with Juan Pablo Herrera/Francisco Diaz, Mattis Lamm/Anton De La Puente and Igancio Mercado/Juan Balbin all grabbing solid victories in their matches. 

Herrera, Puente, Balbin and Mercado also were victorious in their singles matches, each beating their Spartan opponents in two quick sets.

Up next, the Lions will begin to round out their regular season, starting with a GLVC matchup with the McKendree Bearcats on Friday at 2:00 p.m.
