The Lindenwood men's tennis team took down the USI Screaming Eagles in a strong 5-2 victory on the Lindenwood Tennis Courts on Saturday.

Two Lions' doubles pairs grabbed wins over the screaming Eagles. Juan Pablo Herrera and Francisco Diaz won 7-5, while Anton de la Puente and Rodrigo Rattes grabbed a 6-4 victory. 

In singles play, Herrera, Diaz, Puente and Juan Balbin all dominated their USI opponents, with Balbin having the strongest margin of victory in 6-0 and 6-1 sets. 

Up next, the Lions will face off with the USI Greyhounds in a road match on Friday at 2:00 p.m.
