The Lindenwood men's hockey team fell 6-1 in the final exhibition game against the US National team Development Program on Saturday night from Plymouth, Mich.
GAME OVERVIEW
The Lions compiled its most shots on goal in the opening frame with six, but were unable to find the back of the net as they trailed 2-0 after 20 minutes of play. Lindenwood recorded its only goal of the game in the second period as
Sam Watson banked a puck off a USNDTP player and into the back of the net.
Trent Burnham made 13 saves in the final frame, his most of any period. Lindenwood dropped the final game of the two-game exhibition series by a score of 6-1.
