The Lindenwood women's hockey team (3-23-0, 3-9-0 CHA) will host the RIT Tigers (4-22-2, 1-9-2 CHA) for senior/alumni weekend on February 10-11 at Centene Community Ice Center in Maryland Heights, Mo. Game one on Friday is set for 4:10 p.m., while the series finale on Saturday will begin at 1:10 p.m.
 
The Lions dropped both games of their series against No. 12 Penn State a couple weeks ago. Morgan Neitzke compiled two goals and an assist against the Nittany Lions, extending her point streak to seven games. For the month of January, the Jackson, Mich. native totaled eight goals and six assists, earning Player of the Month recognition. The sophomore forward recorded at hat trick on January 21, the first by a Lindenwood player since 2019.
 
With two more points in the series finale against Penn State, Sydney Rarick has five in her last three games. The native of Houston, Texas has found the back of the net in two out of the last three contests.
 
Thea Jorgensen lit the lamp for the first time this season against the Nittany Lions, picking up a pair of point in the series. The junior defenseman has also blocked 24 shots on the year, which ranks fifth on the team.
 
The Lions will look to continue their strong play against the Tigers as Lindenwood has gone 6-2-2 in its last 10 meetings with RIT, including a pair of wins earlier this season by scores of 2-1 and 1-0, respectively. In that series, Meara Ryan and Molly Henderson netted game-winning goals and Natalie Ferenc picked up a shutout win, leading to a sweep of CHA weekly awards.
 
Last season on senior day, Lindenwood earned a 4-3 win over Mercyhurst to close out the home slate. In that game, Ferenc compiled 56 saves, while Teagan Heaslip picked up a pair of assists in the victory.
