The Lindenwood women's basketball team (2-11, 0-3 OVC) concludes its three-game road trip on Saturday in Nashville, Tenn. The Lions will take on Tennessee State (4-10, 1-3 OVC) beginning at 1:00 p.m.

In its first game of the week on Thursday, Lindenwood fell on the road at SEMO, 80-63. The Lions were led offensively by
Makayla Wallace who scored 10 points, marking the third time this season she has registered double figures.

The Lions shot 48 percent from the field in the game against the Redhawks, led by
Alyssa Nielsen who was a perfect 4-for-4 which resulted in nine points.
Kaylen Evans notched eight points off the bench on Thursday, doing so in just seven minutes. The New Lenox, Ill. native knocked down both of her three-point attempts.

Mary McGrath had a solid night for the Lions, scoring a season-high nine points in 21 minutes of action. The Arlington Heights, Ill. native shot 50 percent from the field and dished out two assists.

As a team, Lindenwood shot the ball well from the free throw line, finishing the night 9-of-12.
Justis Odom went 4-for-4 from the charity stripe and finished the game with six points.

Tennessee State is coming off a 86-78 loss to Morehead State last Saturday. The Tigers are led by transfer guard Sanaa' St. Andre who is averaging a team-best 11.9 points per contest so far this season.

After this game, the Lions will return home for a pair of games next week against SIUE and Eastern Illinois inside Hyland Arena in St. Charles, Mo.
