The Lindenwood women's basketball team (6-16, 4-8 OVC) fell in the final game of its homestand to Tennessee Tech (11-12, 6-6 OVC) by a score of 82-52 on Saturday afternoon
GAME OVERVIEW
Lindenwood started the game three-for-three from the field to take an early 6-3 lead. The hot shooting continued for both teams as each squad finished above 47 percent for the quarter the in the quarter.
Alyssa Nielsen got off to a solid start in the first frame with six points, but Lindenwood trailed 22-14 after one.

Tennessee Tech built on its advantage throughout the second quarter, outscoring the Lions 22-10 in the period. Nielsen finished the opening half with wight points, while
Makayla Wallace added six. Lindenwood trailed 44-24 at the break.

The Golden Eagles started the third quarter on a 9-4 run to extend its lead to 53-28. The visitors maintained a comfortable advantage throughout the third and would lead 62-36 heading to the fourth.
