Nation-wide search will begin immediately

ST. CHARLES, Mo. – On Thursday, Lindenwood Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics Jason Coomer announced a change in leadership within the Lindenwood men's ice hockey program as Rick Zombo will not return as head coach.

Lindenwood finished with a 6-18-4 record in their second Division I season. The Lions play all their home games inside the Centene Community Ice Center in Maryland Heights, Mo.  The 2,500-seat arena became the new home of Lindenwood hockey in September of 2019.

A nation-wide search will begin immediately following this decision.
