The Lindenwood women's basketball team (7-20, 5-12 OVC) finish up the regular season with a road matchup at Morehead State (14-13, 9-8 OVC). Opening tip is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. CT.

The Lions are coming off a 75-38 loss to Southern Indiana on Thursday. Lindenwood was led offensively by
Mykayla Cunningham who had nine points on 3-of -7 shooting. She also added four rebounds and two steals to her stat line.

In total, Lindenwood had nine steals on the night, led by
Makayla Wallace with three. This marks the 12th game this season in which she has registered at least three steals. The St. Louis, Mo. native continues to be a pest on the defensive end, averaging 2.7 swipes per contest, tops in the OVC. Overall, her 72 steals rank 22nd in the country.

In the game against Southern Indiana, Lindenwood forced a total of 20 turnovers. This was the 12th time this season in which Lindenwood has forced at least 20 turnovers in a game. On the year, the Lions force an average of 18.4 turnovers per game, third best in the OVC, while their turnover margin of +3.81 is tops in the conference.

Ellie Brueggemann chipped in eight points, including two makes from beyond the arc. The Owasso, Okla. native has had a stellar freshman campaign as she leads the team with 13.7 points per contest. Brueggemann has connected from deep in all but two games this season and has made 77 triples overall. She ranks second in the OVC, shooting 34.7 percent from three.

This will be the third all-time meeting between the Eagles and Lions, with Lindenwood looking to pick up its first win in the series history. Last season, both games were decided by six points or less.
