MARYLAND HEIGHTS, MO. – On Saturday, men's ice hockey (5-15-1) took on Stonehill (6-19-0) for the fourth and final time this season. The Lions would drop their match versus the Skyhawks, falling 3-2. After the game, Lindenwood falls to 5-16-1 on the season and Stonehill improves to 7-19-0.

GAME OVERVIEW
Stonehill would start the scoring off in this affair, finding the back of the net 24 seconds into the game. Stonehill's early goal would be the only goal in the period, resulting in the Lions trailing 1-0 after a period of play. In the period, Lindenwood had nine shots on net and Henry Graham would make three stops in net for the Lions.

In the second period, Lindenwood's Artyom Borshyov would score off a wrist shot from the point to tie the game up at 1-1, at the 6:17 mark in the frame. Borshyov's third goal of the season would be assisted by Ty Hipkin and Drew Kuzma. Borshyov's goal would be the only goal in the period, resulting in a 1-1 tie after two periods of play. Graham would make nine stops in the period.

On the afternoon, Lindenwood would have 28 shots on goal and Graham would make 22 stops in net for the Lions.
