Allison Schrumpf and
Caroline Ritter of Lindenwood women's soccer have been awarded Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Week honors following their performances last week.
Schrumpf was named OVC Defensive Player of the Week after playing all 180 minutes of Lindenwood's two shutouts against SIUE and Western Illinois, helping the Lions limit their opposition to 11 total shots with just a pair of shots on goal.
Meanwhile, Ritter was named Goalkeeper of the Week for the second time this season after recording her seventh and eighth clean sheets of the campaign, which ties her for most in the conference. She recorded a pair of saves, bringing her season total to a career-high 61.
The Lions enter the final stretch of the 2025 regular season this Thursday as they host conference-leading Eastern Illinois at 3:00 p.m.
