Lindenwood fell in both matchups on the road to begin conference play last weekend at #6 Penn State by scores of 6-1 and 5-0. Michaela Paulinyova scored the lone goal on the weekend for the Lions in Friday's game, scoring a shorthanded goal to give the Lions a 1-0 lead in the first period. The Nittany Lions scored six unanswered goals in the second and third periods to take game one on Friday and scored five goals in the second game to complete the sweep. Maegan Cronan, Zsofia Pazmandi, Tatiana Blichova, and Paulinyova each registered three shots on goal in the series to lead the Lions offensively.

RIT sits in fourth place in the AHA with seven conference points. Both of their wins in conference play have been on the road at Syracuse and Robert Morris. The Tigers are led by Junior Forward Addie Alvarez who has four goals and four assists in 10 games played.
