Later in the half, Jadis Jones went coast-to-coast and rocked the rim with a loud dunk to spark yet another run for the Lions. Dontrez Williams buried a three pointer on the next trip down the floor which led to the Lions going on a 12-0 run and going up by 27 points with five minutes to go in the half. Lindenwood took a commanding 60-19 lead into the locker room and were led in scoring during the first half by Futrell, who scored all 17 of his points in the first 20 minutes of action. As a team, the Lions assisted on 16 of 23 made field goals in the first half and shot 71.9% from the floor. Clayton Jackson had five assists and was followed closely by Cooper who had four assists of his own.

Lindenwood opened the second half on an 11-0 run thanks to five points from Williams and four points from Milos Nenadic to extend the Lion lead to 52 points by a score of 71-19. Culver Stockton was limited to 29.7% from the field in the last 20 minutes of play as the Lions defense forced nine turnovers and had three blocked shots coming from Todd Bieg, Kevin Anthony, and Jadis Jones. Jones recorded his fourth double-double of the season in the victory over the Wildcats, scoring 11 points on a perfect 3-3 shooting and grabbed a game-high 11 rebounds. The Sophomore from New Madrid, Missouri has raised his field goal percentage to 67.1% and continues to lead the OVC in that category.

The Lions finished the contest with 30 total assists as Clayton Jackson led the way with seven. 10 different players recorded at least one or more assists and Lindenwood ended the game shooting 70% from the field. Senior Forward Jaylon McDaniel ended the game with six points, four rebounds, and two assists in just nine minutes of action as the Lions went on to win their sixth game of the season 110-44.
