PREVIEW
Lindenwood is set to face RIT in the AHA Tournament quarterfinals on Saturday. The Lions enter the matchup with some momentum, coming off a sweep of Robert Morris last weekend. In the two wins, the Black and Gold netted 10 goals, their most in a series since February of last season.Â
Lindenwood got production up and down the lineup against the Colonials, which resulted in three weekly award accolades: Neitzke was tabbed the Forward of the Week, LaRose Goalie of the Week, and Gundersen Rookie of the Week.Â
The Lions and Tigers met two weeks ago with RIT taking both games at Centene Community Ice Center. RIT has taken all four games from the Lions this season. Lindenwood will be looking for its first conference tournament victory since 2016-17.Â
