Lindenwood Athletics has announced a partnership with Tickets.com, a leading business-to-business ticketing solutions provider, with a goal to further modernize and create a simplified ticket purchasing process for Lions fans and supporters. Through new technological advancements and purchase flow at
lindenwoodlions.com/tickets, streamlined mobile ticket downloads with season ticket passes, and easier venue entry, Tickets.com will assist Lindenwood fans in experiencing a more intuitive and efficient process during their customer journey with the Lions.
"Starting with the 2025–26 season, Lindenwood fans will experience a streamlined, mobile-first ticketing experience through the cutting-edge platform powered by Tickets.com," said Senior Associate Athletic Director
Jameson Adams. "This transition will bring fans a cleaner, faster online purchase flow and an all-in-one hub to manage their tickets from any device."

How to Access, Forward, and Manage Your Tickets with Tickets.com
Creating / Logging In
- Visit: www.lindenwoodlions.com/tickets
- On The top right corner of your screen, click the three lines, and select Login.
- Click "Sign Up" if it's your first time.
- If you have already created an account, just log in.
- Accept the Terms of Use when prompted.
- Click "My Account" in the top right to verify your info.
Accessing Your Digital Tickets
- Go to www.lindenwoodlions.com/tickets
- Log in using your email and password.
- Select your event and tap the seats to view barcodes.
- TIP: Add tickets to your Apple Wallet (via Safari) or Google Pay before arrival. Cell towers/Wi-Fi may be overloaded on gameday.
- Avoid screenshots — they may not scan at the gate.
Forwarding Your Tickets
- After logging in, click the game under "My Upcoming Events."
- Click "View Tickets."
- Tap "Forward" at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the seat(s) you wish to transfer by checking the boxes.
- Click "Choose Friend"
- If it's your first time, tap "Add Friend"
- Enter your guest's full name and email
- IMPORTANT: Your guest must use the same email to create their own My Tickets account
- Click "Create Friend" then "Forward Tickets."
Recalling Tickets
If you need to recall a ticket you've already forwarded:
- Tap the forwarded seat and select "Recall"
- For multiple tickets, go to "Ticket Actions" > "Recall"
- Recheck seats and confirm
Game Day Ticket Scanning
- Open the Lindenwood My Tickets portal
- Tap the event, then tap the seat
- Your barcode will display for scanning
- Use "Next Ticket" to toggle between seats
- Or, add all tickets to your phone wallet in advance

Already Purchased Tickets with Lindenwood? You Already Have an Account!

As we have transitioned to a new ticketing system, past Lindenwood ticket buyers may already have an account set up under the email address previously used to purchase tickets.
To access your account and tickets, please follow these steps:
- Visit the Lindenwood Tickets login page. Log-In or Reset Your Password Here!
- Enter your email address associated with your past ticket purchases.
- Click "Reset Password."
- You'll receive an email with instructions to set a new password.
- Follow the link provided in the email to create your new password.
- Once reset, log in using your updated credentials to access or renew your tickets.
