Preview
Following a week off, the Lindenwood women's volleyball team returns to action this weekend at the Hawkeye Invitational in Coralville, Iowa. The Lions will face East Texas A&M on Saturday at 2 p.m. before taking on Iowa on Sunday at 2 p.m. It will be the first time Lindenwood has collided with either program.

Last Time Out
The Lions went 1-2 at the Dr. Mary Jo Wynn Invitational in Springfield two weeks ago with a win over DePaul (3-2) and losses to Missouri State (1-3) and UTSA (0-3).

Ashley Geluck was named All-Tournament after leading the Lions with a total of 38.5 points. She recorded 33 kills (2.75KPS) on a .263 hitting percentage while adding six blocks, including one solo effort. Her biggest performance of the week came against DePaul, as she posted a team-high 17 kills on an efficient .389 hitting percentage.

Kylee Richey led Lindenwood with 34 total kills over the weekend, averaging 2.83 kills per set. She posted team-highs in two of the Lions' three matches with 14 kills against Missouri State and 11 against UTSA.

Meanwhile, Dana Grib led the Lindenwood defense with 58 digs, averaging 4.83 digs per set. She posted double-digit digs in each of the Lions' three matches, including a career-high 23 digs against Missouri State on Thursday. She recorded 18 digs against DePaul and 17 against UTSA.

Notes To Know
Lindenwood enters this weekend with an overall record of 4-2. 

Autumn Bax leads the Lions with a total of 65 kills (2.71 KPS). She has posted double-digit kills in five of Lindenwood's six contests.

Ashley Geluck and Jade Roth are both top 10 in the OVC in hitting percentage with marks of .317 and .305, respectively.

Meghan Donoughue has a team-leading 193 assists for an average of 9.13 assists per set, which is second best in the OVC.

Dana Grib is fourth in the conference with an average of 3.92 digs per set. She has a total of 92 digs on the year.

Freshmen Kylee Richey and Shannon Monahan have been key contributors for the Lions thus far, with Richey posting a total of 53 kills and Monahan recording 46 terminations.

Lindenwood is hitting .210 as a team while limiting their opponents to a .189 attack percentage, which are both third best in the OVC.

Scouting Report
East Texas A&M: The Lions enter this weekend with a record 0-8. They have a team hitting percentage of .141 compared to .261 for their opponents. The Lion's attack is led by Gracie Campbell with 95 kills (.352 KPS). Jade Washington leads the Southland Conference with an average of 5.85 digs per set on 152 total digs. East Texas A&M is led by third-year head coach Joe Morales.

Iowa: The Hawkeyes are 7-3 overall following a 3-2 loss to in-state rival Iowa State on Wednesday. Iowa has a team hitting percentage of .261 and average 13.00 kills per set. Hannah Whittingstall leads the team in scoring with 102.0 points on 65 kills and 47 blocks (1.27 BPS). She has the fifth most blocks in the Big Ten. Malina Moiso leads the conference in digs with a total of 149, averaging 3.66 digs per set. The Hawkeyes are led by fourth-year head coach Jim Barnes.
