COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Lindenwood Women's Tennis team (3-2, 0-0 OVC) fell to the University of Missouri on Sunday by a score of 4-0.
Fabiana Labrador and
Paola Garcia were able to take two sets at the number one doubles spot, but ultimately fell 6-2. The Tigers picked up the first point of the match in doubles play after winning 6-0 at the number three doubles spot.
In singles play, Mizzou won at the number one, four, and three spots to take the 4-0 victory.
Megan Caffin won three sets against her opponent at the number three spot, while Garcia won two sets at the number four spot. The Lions will now return home for four straight matches beginning on Friday, March 13 against Omaha. First serve is scheduled for 1 p.m.
