COOKEVILLE, TN. - The Lindenwood Softball team (12-18, 2-7 OVC) fell in the series finale at Tennessee Tech on Sunday by a score of 8-0. Madisen Noll collected the only hit for the Lions in the contest, which came in the top of the fifth inning to end the Tennessee Tech no hitter. 

After two scoreless innings, the Golden Eagles struck first in the bottom of the third inning on a Sacrifice fly to go up 1-0 after three innings of play. TTU added on to their lead in the bottom of the fourth and fifth innings as they scored five runs on five hits in the fourth and ended the game in the bottom of the fifth by adding on two more runs to complete the three game sweep over Lindenwood. 

The Lions will return home on Wednesday as they will host Saint Louis at 4 p.m. CT at Lou Brock Sports Complex.
