Last Time Out
The Lindenwood Men's Soccer team wrapped up non-conference play last Sunday with a 1-1 draw at Seattle. The Redhawks had scored 16 goals in their previous three matches, but the Lions defense limited Seattle to a total of eight shots to pick up the well earned point. After only two combined shots were recorded in the first half, the two teams combined for 17 shots in the last 45 minutes of play with 10 of them coming from the Lions. The Redhawks grabbed a 1-0 lead very early into the second half off a corner kick, but with less than 10 minutes to go,
Thato Lekgetho scored his first goal in a Lindenwood uniform to even the match at one.Â
