Lindenwood:
2018 – Named honorable mention all-MIAA … played in all 11 games and made four starts on offense … set the school record for kickoff return yards in a game (198), kickoff returns in a season (29), and kickoff return yards in a season (616) … ranks in the top-10 in school history for most all-purpose yards in a season with 1,323 …  rushed for 504 yards and four touchdowns in all 11 games played … ranked seventh in the MIAA with a 21.2 kickoff return average … led the conference in kickoff return yards, which was 36^th in the nation … had six kickoff returns in his record-setting game against Central Oklahoma in which he also scored on a 92-yard return for a touchdown … had a season-high 106 rushing yards against Northeastern State and scored one time … named team’s offensive player of the week twice and special teams player of the week once.

Prior to Lindenwood:
A member of the Southeast Missouri football team from 2015-17 … in his Redhawks career, had 65 kickoff returns for 1,795 yards and three touchdowns, and averaged 27.6 yards per return … also had 530 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns, 58 receiving yards, and 2,383 all-purpose yards … averaged 5.9 yards per rush and 4.8 yards per reception … played in nine games as a true freshman … averaged 32.8 yards per kickoff return with 295 yards and a touchdown on nine returns … earned OVC Specialist of the Week honors after a 99-yard kickoff return touchdown versus Jacksonville State … earned first-team all-OVC honors as a return specialist in 2016 … played in all 11 games that year and averaged 27.0 yards per kickoff return with 837 yards on 31 kickoff returns … once named the OVC Co-Specialist of the Week … rushed for 172 yards and one touchdown on 47 carries, and finished with 1,010 all-purpose yards, the top mark on the team … ranked ninth in the nation in kick return yards, and 12th in kick return average … had a 93-yard kickoff return touchdown versus Austin Peay … rushed for 59 yards and one touchdown against Indiana State … in 2017, he returned 25 kicks for 663 yards for an average of 26.5 yards per kickoff return … collected a 93-yard kickoff return touchdown versus Eastern Illinois … averaged 8.3 yards per rush on offense … had 43 carries for 358 yards and three touchdowns … caught 11 passes for 57 yards … was third on the team with four touchdowns … had 1,078 all-purpose yards.
 
High School:
An all-state defensive back by the Tennessee Sports Writers Association … collected 33 tackles, five interceptions, two forced fumbles, and three defensive touchdowns … also caught 14 passes for 158 yards and four touchdowns … Tennessee Super Pre Conference Most Valuable Player … named the MVP of the AutoZone Liberty Bowl High School all-state game … in that contest, had a 91-yard touchdown run, and returned a kick 47 yards.

The son of Charlotte and Gregory Sanders … has one sibling, Gregory Jr. … a criminal justice major.
