Lindenwood:
2009 – Started two games … compiled a record of 1-0 with one complete game … pitched in 12 innings while striking out 17 … only gave up six hits and opponents hit .154 against him.

Prior to Lindenwood:
Attended John A. Logan Junior College … was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 41st round after his freshman year, second time the Dodgers had drafted him … had a record of 9-5 to go along with a 2.70 ERA … struck out 93 hitters in 94.1 innings … named to the all-region team … transferred to TCU after the 2006 season … while at TCU he compiled a record of 11-3 and an ERA of 4.16 … struck out 54 hitters in 93 innings pitched.

High School:
Attended Cabell Midland High School … drafted in the 42nd round by the Dodgers after his senior season … lettered in baseball and basketball.

Personal:
Son of Howard and Tawna Johnson … has one brother Scott … majoring in mass communication.
