Lindenwood:
2014 – Appeared and started 13 games for the Lions … led the team in innings pitched with 70.2 … had two complete-games on the season … had a 6-4 record with a 5.48 ERA on the season … struck out 55 batters on the season … closed out the season with a win against Harris Stowe State (4/30), in which he went seven innings, only giving up one run … had streaks of four and five games where he pitched over five innings … had nine strikeouts against Missouri Southern (3/14) in his first complete-game of the season … member of the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2013 - Appeared in 13 games and made six starts and compiled a 5-3 record ... posted a 3.44 ERA in 52.1 innings of work and had 37 strikeouts ... pitched a game-high eight innings against Pitt State in late-April to earn his fourth victory of the year ... had a season-high five strikeouts in 4.2 innings against Emporia State in early-March ... earned a spot on the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2012 - Appeared in 14 games including nine starts ... compiled a 6.91 ERA ... threw 43 innings and struck out 24 ... opponents hit .319 against him ... his best start of the season came in his final start against McKendree, he threw five innings giving up just one run .... his season-high in strikeouts of five came in a win against McKendree.

High School:
Attended Lutheran St. Charles ... named to the all-conference and all-district first team in 2010 and 2011 ... named to the first team all-state in 2011 ... during his senior season compiled a record of 7-1 with an ERA of 2.33, and recorded 104 strikeouts.

Son of Karl and Teri Klein ... has four siblings (Ashley, Brendan, Jordyn, and Landon) ... majoring in business.
