2016-17 – Bains placed ninth in the 400 IM at the NSISC Conference Championships with a time of 4:10.46, which was his best finish at conference… He also finished in eleventh place in the 200 breast with a time of 2:09.64.
2015-16 - Bains placed ninth in the 400 IM at the RMAC Championships with a time of 4:04.90, his best finish at conference ... finished 11th and 13th in the 200 breast and 200 IM, respectively, at conference.
High School:
Attended Lewis-Palmer High School in Monument, CO. Picked up nine first-place finishes, fourteen second-place finishes, and eight third-place finishes in the 2014-15 season.
