DO NOT need to get a physical with your primary care provider prior to coming back to campus.

Medical Clearance - Returning Student-Athletes

Your coach will inform you of your medical check in with the athletic training staff to determine your final clearance for participation. If you completed your medical check in last Spring with the athletic training staff you do not complete it again. If you have changed your insurance since then please give your athletic trainer an updated copy.
