Tim Canavan rejoins the Lindenwood baseball coaching staff for the first time since 2010. Canavan will begin his fourth year with the baseball program in 2021.
From 2016-20, Canavan spent four years at MICDS as the head coach of the baseball team. The Rams went 61-38 during that time, and won the Class 4 State Championship in 2016.
Canavan spent three years as the 16U coach, and eventually became the Director with the St. Louis Pirates.
During his first tenure on the staff at Lindenwood he has helped guide the program to three consecutive conference championships from 2008-2010. In each of those three years, the Lions won 40 or more games.
Before his time at Lindenwood Canavan spent five years at St. Louis Community College-Florissant Valley. Canavan and the Florissant Valley baseball team was nationally ranked in three of his five years.
Canavan resides in O'Fallon with his wife, Angie.
