Lindenwood:
2016- Appeared in the first four games of the season, and started two of those contests … was the team’s offensive center in those games … named to the MIAA’s Academic Honor Roll.
 
Prior to Lindenwood:
Attended Cerritos College ... played in eight games during the 2014 and 2015 seasons.

High School:
Four-year letterwinner in football, and two-year letterwinner in wrestling.

Personal:
The son of Teresa and Roberto Avila ... has four siblings, Sergio, Jerry, Lorenzo, and Noeila ... a criminal justice major.
