Lindenwood:
2015- Received a medical redshirt … appeared in three games … pitched 2.2 innings and tallied one strikeout … named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2014 –Redshirted … made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2013 - Made two starts in nine appearances ... tossed 21.0 innings to compile an ERA of 4.71 ... had a record of 1-1 with his only win coming against Southwest Baptist in late-April ... had 13 strikeouts on the season ... in his second start of the season he pitched five innings and struck out seven against Harris Stowe ... earned a spot on the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

2012 - Appeared nine games out of the bullpen ... compiled an ERA of 1.46 ... pitched in 12.1 innings and gave up just two earned runs ... struck out five hitters and opponents hit just .261.

High School:
Attended Canton High School in Canton, Mo ... second team all-state as a junior and again in his senior year.

Personal:
The son of Brenda and Dan Simmons ... has one brother, Stevi ... majoring in accounting and exercise science.
