Diane Consiglio

Diane Consiglio is in her first season as head coach of the synchronized skating program after being named to the position in the spring of 2012. 
 
Consiglio brings 20 years of figure skating experience to Lindenwood.  She began skating at the age of four and spent several years competing in Ice Skating Institute (ISI) and United States Figure Skating (USFS) events.  As a college senior, she was a member and co-captain of the Lindenwood synchronized skating team in its inaugural season and she achieved the gold medal in the moves in the field and ice dancing disciplines in her career.
 
Consiglio’s coaching experience includes leading three synchronized skating teams and clubs in the St. Louis region in both ISI and USFS competition, ranging from youth and teen divisions to open juvenile and intermediate levels.  She is currently a member of the Professional Skaters Association.
 
In addition to her coaching duties, Consiglio is also an admissions and financial aid counselor at Lindenwood University.  She graduated in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in sports management from Lindenwood and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in management.
