Prior to Lindenwood:
A member of the NCAA Division I Arkansas-Pine Bluff football team … played in 19 games over two seasons, including six starts … collected 22 tackles and one pass breakup.

High School:
Two-year starter … as a senior, recorded 75 tackles and five pass breakups … also scored six touchdowns during his final year.

Personal:
The son of Regina and Melvin Askew … has one sibling, Qwynn … a psychology major.
