Lindenwood:
2017- Saw action in the final five games of the season … made four tackles, all of them solo tackles … had a season-high two tackles against Nebraska-Kearney … three of his tackles came on his pass plays, and one was on kickoff coverage … named the team’s Defensive Scout Player of the Week in week two of the season.
 
Prior to Lindenwood:
A transfer from Eastern Washington University ... after redshirting his first season, played in 12 games in 2015 and 2016 ... recorded seven tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss ... member of the 2016 team that went 12-2, won the Big Sky Championship, and advanced to the NCAA FCS Semifinals.

High School:
Named one of the top 100 prospects in the state of Washington by the Seattle Times ... earned defensive back MVP honors at the 2013 Northwest Elite Football Camp ... attended the Army All-American Combine ... earned honorable mention all-league honors as a junior ... as a junior, helped his school win a league title and earn a berth in the state playoffs ... in 2012, earned running back MVP honors at the Nike Football Training Camp ... was also a track and field star, including placing tenth in the triple jump at the 2010 state championships and being a member of the 2012 seventh-place 4x100 relay team.

The son of Lisa and Cameron Evergin ... has two siblings, Chris and Justin ... a sports, recreation, tourism, and management major.
