High School:
Three-time all-district selection … in 2015, earned the Defensive Newcomer of the Year Award, and helped his team win the state championship … as a senior, collected 82 tackles, six sacks, and one interception ... had 215 career tackles, six interceptions, nine fumble recoveries, eight pass breakups and six sacks.
 
Personal:
The son of Kim and Thomas Whitaker … has one sibling, Collin who plays at Rice University ... a business marketing major.
