Brice Carlson is in his first season on the Lindenwood football coaching staff in 2016. He is in charge of the team’s offensive line, and is the team's run-game coordinator.
 
Last season, Carlson was the offensive line coach at West Georgia. He was a part of a West Georgia program that went 12-2, tied for the conference championship, won a regional championship, and advanced to the NCAA semifinals. West Georgia averaged 36.7 points and 422.3 yards a game. The offensive line paved the way for 220.2 rushing yards a game and allowed less than two sacks a contest.
 
From 2013-14, Carlson was the assistant offensive line coach at Delta State. The Statesmen went 16-5 in that span, won one conference championship, and advanced to one NCAA Division II Tournament.
 
Carlson was at Becker College for the 2011 and 2012 seasons. He was the offensive line coach, recruiting coordinator, and video coordinator at the school. In the summer of 2010, he had an internship with the Elon football team.
 
Carlson was a four-year varsity member on the Guilford football team. He was a three-year start at the NCAA Division III level at the tackle and center positions.
 
Carlson graduated from Guilford in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in sport management, with a minor in education. He earned a Master’s from Delta State in sports administration.
