Ryan Moore is in his second season in 2018 on the Lindenwood coaching staff. He is the team's Defensive Quality Control coach.
Moore helped a Lindenwood defense rank in the top half of the MIAA in both scoring defense and total defense in 2017. The Lions allowed under 30 points a game for the first time since the 2012 season.  The defense ranked third in the MIAA by allowing 207.7 passing yards a game, and were ranked third by allowing 6.0 yards per attempt.
Prior to joining the staff, Moore coached at Lindsey Wilson in the spring of 2017, helping the running backs and defensive backs.
Moore played at Southeast Missouri from 2013-2016. After redshirting his first season, he played in six games in 2014, and had six tackles.
In 2015, Moore earned a starting position and ranked fourth on the team with 54 tackles. He tied for first on the team with two forced fumbles.
As a senior, Moore was third on the team with 56 tackles. He had seven pass breakups and two forced fumbles. He was named the team's top defensive back and also won the Cornerstone Award.
Moore graduated from Southeast Missouri in 2016 with a sports management degree.
Moore is originally from St. Louis and attended Lutheran North High School.
