Transfers from Tennessee State University ... did not play football.

High School:
All-conference performer at wide receiver, punt returner, and kick returner ... led his team as a senior with 30 catches for 400 yards and four touchdowns ... also intercepted four passes on the season ... scored two touchdowns in the Missouri Class 6 State Championship game, and led his team to the title ... state qualifier as a junior in track and field in the 300m hurdles, 4x400 relay, and 4x800 relay.

The son of Cheryl and Bobby Williams ... has two siblings, Cherrita and Cherronda ... a management information systems major.
