2009- Third-team All-HAAC selection ... appeared in all 14 games and started 12 ... led the team in tackles with 80 ... 33 of his tackles were on passing plays which led the team ... recorded 2.5 sacks ... forced two fumbles ... had four pass breakups ... was second on the team with two blocked kicks, both against William Jewell ... led the team in tackles with 12 against Central Methodist ... intercepted a pass and returned it 65 yards for a touchdown in his first collegiate game against Evangel ... after Evangel game was named HAAC Defensive Player of the Week ... named the Defensive Player of the Game against Ottawa in the quarterfinals of the NAIA Championship Series after leading the team with 11 tackles and forced a fumble ... tied for the team-high with eight tackles in the national championship game and also recorded two tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, and one pass breakup ... had eight or more tackles in five games, including two double-figure tackle contests.
