This is Caitlyn Sandquist’s first year as a graduate assistant coach for Lindenwood. Prior to coaching, she competed for Lindenwood in Cross-Country and Track and Field for four years and has helped the Lady Lions to win two HAAC Conference Cross-Country Championships, along with four straight Indoor and Outdoor Track HAAC Conference Championships. Last year Sandquist was nominated to be an NAIA Academic All-American.
Originally from Rolla, Missouri, Sandquist competed for Rolla Senior High School and lettered all four years in Cross-Country and Track and Field. She represented her school at the Missouri Class 4A State Championships twice in cross-country.
She completed her bachelor’s degree in marketing with an emphasis in Sports Management. Sandquist is currently pursuing her MBA in entrepreneurial studies while still running for local racing team, Michelob Ultra.
