2022 - Competed in six meets... recorded a season-best 19:59.7 in the 6k at the Redhawk Invitational, placing 28th.
2021
- Competed in six meets ... recorded a season-best 24:41 in the 8k at GLVCs.
2020
- Competed in all three meets for Lindenwood … notched his career-best placement of seventh in the Lions’ win at the GLVC Dual Meet on Sep. 25, a 6k race, in which he recorded a time of 20:49 … finished the 8k GLVC West Divisional in 31st on Oct. 9, helping the team to a first place finish … at the GLVC Championships on Oct. 24, raced to a 60th place finish with a time of 27:39, setting a new career-high time for 8k races.
