Prior to LU: Walters joins the Lions after an impressive season with the Boston Junior Bandits of the Eastern Junior Hockey League (EJHL)... scored with six goals and recorded 13 assists for a total of 19 points in 43 games played... Five of his six goals came on the power play... Played for the Springfield Junior Blues of the North American Hockey League (NAHL) in the 2011-12 season, recorded 19 assists and nine goals, including five power play tallies. Played for Springfield and St. Louis Bandits of the NAHL, as well as the Chicago Steel of the United States Hockey League during the 2010-11 season... registered five goals and three assists.
