2012-13 (Freshman): Recorded four assists in 28 games in 2012-13... committed eight penalties, earning 16 penalty minutes… recorded his first career assist in the Lions’ 5-3 loss at the University of Illinois (11/09/12)... recorded an assist in the team's 5-1 win over Iowa State University (11/17/12)... added an assist in the 7-4 victory against the Illini (1/11/13)... recorded an assist in the 5-2 defeat of No. 8 Davenport University (3/02/13) at the 2013 American College Hockey Association (ACHA) Men's Division I National Championship tournament in Bensenville, Ill.

Prior to LU: Ryan Bakken comes to Lindenwood after playing four seasons with the Langley Rivermen, formerly Langley Chiefs, (2008-12) of the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL)... named captain for the 2011-12 season, recording one goal and 15 assists in 55 games. He played 185 career games in the BCHL and totaled five goals, 41 assists, and 112 penalty minutes.
