Biography
2012-13 (Freshman): Played in 32 games during the season…registered eight goals and eight assists, giving him 16 points on the year…scored two power play goals and two game-winning goals…finished the season with a +4 on-ice rating…scored his first collegiate goal in the opening weekend of the season against the University of Central Oklahoma (9/29/12)...recorded his first multiple-goal game for the Lions in the 6-5 win versus Adrian College (10/7/12)...scored the game-winning goal in the Lions' 3-2 victory over Iowa State University (11/18/12)...had a season-high three-point game during the Lions' 4-1 defeat of Ohio University (1/5/13)....recorded a goal in upset win against two-seeded Arizona State University 3/5/13) in the semifinal round of the 2013 American Collegiate Hockey Association Division I National Championship tournament in Bensenville, Ill.
Prior to LU: Played the two seasons with the St. Louis Bandits from the North American Hockey League (NAHL). In 47 games during the 2011-12 season, Bopp recorded 12 goals and 16 assists for the Bandits and then added another two goals and an assist in the Robertson Cup, where the team finished as runner-up to the Texas Tornado. He played in 100 career games in the NAHL for St. Louis, scoring a total of 30 goals with 26 assists.
Personal: Bopp is a native of Kirkwood, Mo. and graduate of Kirkwood High School.
