Lindenwood 
2024 – Started in all 18 games… Second Team All-ASUN… contributed two assists… led Lindenwood in caused turnovers with 20… fourth on the team in ground balls with 22… second on the team in draw controls with 57.

2023 – Started in all 18 games... Scooped up 30 groundballs and caused 15 turnovers. 

2022 – Played in 13 games for Lindenwood, making 12 starts ... tallied three goals and one assist on the year ... scooped up 25 total ground balls for the third highest number on the team ... grabbed a season-high of eight ground balls against Rockhurst on April 16 ... also caused 17 turnovers and led the team in draw controls won with 42 total. 

2021 – Appeared and started in one game for the Lions ...2020-21 Academic All-GLVC honoree ... caused one turnover during the season.

Prior to Lindenwood
Attended Southern New Hampshire University … named team captain as a sophomore ...  played and started in 20 games .. recorded 49 goals and 17 assists … compiled 115 draw controls and 21 caused turnovers … selected to the NE-10 All-Conference third team her freshman year

Attended Woburn Memorial High School … tri-captain her senior year for lacrosse, soccer, and indoor track … named female athlete of the year her senior year

Daughter of Gretchen and Joel Long .. has two sisters, Caitlin and Julia … majoring in master's in business administration with an emphasis in accounting.
