Sabastian Xiong joins the Lindenwood University men’s soccer team as a volunteer Director of Soccer Operations for the 2025 season, poised to enhance the Lions’ Ohio Valley Conference performance. With over 25 years of playing experience, including NCAA Division I at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (2009-2013), Madison 56ers in the National Premier Soccer League (2010-2013), Wisconsin Olympic Development Program (2005-2008), and Region II Team (2009), Xiong offers deep soccer expertise. He served as a player-coach for the United States Air Force Base Team at Peterson AFB (2017-2018).
Recently, he coached boys' teams at the Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club, North Region (2024-2025), emphasizing on technical and tactical development. Holding a USSF National D License and pursuing a USSF National C License, he has earned his Master's degree in System Management from Florida Institute of Technology (2019), and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (2013).
