Lindenwood:
2018 - Played in eight matches with one start... recorded 19 kills and two blocks over 12 sets...
2017 - Played in 26 sets, starting four matches ... averaged 1.38 kills per set and hit at a .358 clip ... had 16 blocks and nine digs ... earned MIVA All-Academic honors.
2016 - Started seven matches … led the team in blocks in two matches … averaged one kill per set … had an attack percentage of .236 … recorded 15 blocks … named to MIVA Academic All-Conference team.
2015- Redshirted...named to the MIVA Academic All-Conference team.
High School:
A two-time first-team all-league selection … named to the Sacramento all-city team in 2014 … a Sacramento Optimist all-star … named to the Chico Tournament all-tournament team … played for the Northern California Volleyball club … helped the team have two top-three finishes at the No Dinx NVCA qualifier, including a runner-up showing in 2014 … the club team also finished fifth at SCVA junior boys classic in 2013 and 2014, and ninth at the 2014 Boy’s Junior National Championships.

Son of Lori and Hugh Staples … has two siblings, Kris and Alex … a sports management major.
