Brow begins his first season as assistant coach and Director of Hockey Operations for Lindenwood in 2026-27.
Brow spent the 2025-26 season as an assistant coach for the USHL’s Youngstown Phantoms after previously spending three seasons as a scout for the organization beginning in 2022.
While a scout for the Phantoms, Brow also spent two seasons (2023-25) as head coach and Director of Goaltending for Team Maryland AAA, and during the 2022-23 season served as an assistant coach for the North Iowa Bulls of the NAHL.
He spent the first two years of this decade with the Windy City Storm, serving as an assistant coach and Director of Goaltending. Brow helped the Storm to two USA Hockey National Championship appearances and back-to-back 15O state championships.
Prior to his stint with the Storm, Brow spent three seasons at the collegiate level, serving as an assistant coach at Bemidji State during the 2019-20 season and goalie coach at Salve Regina – an NCAA Division-III school – from 2017 to 2019.
Brow started his coaching career at the prep level as a goalie coach for Noble and Greenough School in Massachusetts during the 2015-16 season.
