Bre Zanders is in her first season as an assistant coach for the women's basketball team in 2017-18.

Zanders has been a letterwinner for the Lady Lions for the previous four seasons. She appeared in 104 career games, including 11 starts as a senior. She shot 51.1 percent from the field for her career, and collected 291 points, 281 rebounds, and 40 blocked shots.
 
Zanders played a key leadership role on last year’s team, as she helped direct a very young squad to the 2017 MIAA Tournament semifinals.
