Makayla Wallace enters her first season on the Lindenwood women's basketball staff as the Director of Operations.
A former Lindenwood Lion, Wallace played her final two seasons in the Black & Gold ending her career during the 2023-24 season. She appeared in all 28 games that season, which marked the first of head coach Amy Eagan's career at LU. She averaged 7.3 points, 3.0 assists, 1.9 rebounds, as well as 2.6 steals per game in 26 minutes a night.
During her last season, she set the Lindenwood single season record for steals, surpassing the old record of 60 with a five-steal game against SIUE on February 15th and finishing with 72 steals on the season, including a career-high seven-steal effort in a double overtime win against Tennessee State.
Prior to her time at Lindenwood, Wallace also made stops at Evansville and North Dakota during her playing career.
