Nick Morgan will be entering his first year with the Lindenwood women's basketball team in 2022-23.
Morgan arrived at Lindenwood after spending the previous season working at Division I Coastal Carolina College, where he acted as both the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach as well as the Recruiting Coordinator.
Prior to Coastal Carolina, Morgan was the Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Division III Blackburn College from 2019-21. Under Morgan’s leadership, the Beavers made their first appearance in the SLIAC postseason tournament since their 2007-08 season.
Illinois Central College and Beloit College were also stops on Morgan’s extensive coaching journey thus far, where he took on Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach roles for both programs, working heavily in the recruiting realm for each team.
Morgan kickstarted his coaching career back at Southern Illinois University in 2013, where he was the Team Manager and Scout Liaison through 2014.
Prior to his collegiate basketball experience, Morgan also spent years gaining valuable experience coaching various youth basketball camps as well, striving to be as well-rounded as possible in the coaching world.
As a member of the basketball team at Illinois Central Community College from 2008-2011, Morgan built a foundation as a player to continue his career on a basketball scholarship at NAIA Judson University from 2011-12 to cap off his playing experience.
Morgan earned his bachelor of liberal arts from Southern Illinois University in 2014 after receiving his associates degree from Illinois Central in 2011 and studying business administration and marketing while playing at Judson.
