Prior to Lindenwood:
Played four seasons at Marist … was a first-team All-MAAC performer as a freshman … recorded three goals, two assists, 27 groundballs, 22 draw controls, and 19 caused turnovers as a freshman … received a medical redshirt in 2012 after playing in just three games … was a second-team All-MAAC honoree in 2013 … collected 23 groundballs, eight draw controls, and 13 caused turnovers that year … first-team All-MAAC in 2014 … a team captain … had 32 groundballs, 23 draw controls, and 52 caused turnovers that season … finished her Marist career with four goals, three assists, 88 groundballs, 56 draw controls, and 52 caused turnovers … was twice named MAAC Defensive Player of the Week … finished her Marist career ranked fifth in career caused turnovers … named to the MAAC All-Academic team three times.

High School:
Twice named to the first-team Daily Messenger squad … two-time Greater Rochester Area honorable mention selection … won the New York State Class B Sportsmanship award in 2010.

Personal:
The daughter of Roma and Dan Knapton … has two siblings, Ben and Adam … a communications major.
