2023 – Appeared in 18 games, starting 17 of those in net... made 118 saves... scooped up 25 ground balls... made season-high in saves versus UC Davis on February 25th. 

2022 – IWLCA National Goalkeeper of the Year in 2022 ... IWLCA First-Team All-American and All-Region selection ... Second-Team All-GLVC selection ... two-time GLVC Defensive Player of the Week ... started in 19 of 20 games played for the Lions ... registered 124 total saves on 379 shots faced throughout the year, finishing with a 14-5 overall goalkeeping record ... registered a season-high 11 saves against the UIndy Greyhounds on April 22 ... ranked eighth in the nation and first in the GLVC for her 9.06 goals-against average ... had the third-best save percentage (.449) and fifth-most saves per game (6.15) in the conference ... scooped up a career-high 23 ground balls and caused six total turnovers as well.

2021 –  Played in 13 games, while making 11 starts for the Lions ... led the team, making 73 saves on the season ... ranked third in the GLVC with an 8.77 goals against average ... earned IWLCA Defensive Player of the Week for her efforts during the NCAA Regional ... recorded a season-high 12 saves against No. 2 UIndy on May 2 ... IWLCA All-Region second-team ... named to the NCAA All-Tournament Team. 

2020 – Played in 10 games while making eight starts for Lindenwood … 2020 Maverik Division II Media third-team All-American … GLVC Brother James Gaffney Distinguished Scholar … 2019-20 GEICO Academic All-GLVC honoree ... fourth in the nation with a 6.16 goals against average … top-five in the GLVC with a 0.522 save percentage and 48 saves recorded … went 8-1 in the net for the Lions … scooped up 13 ground balls … season-high 13 saves recorded at Tampa on Feb. 25 … recorded double-digit saves in two games during the campaign … season-best six ground balls in the game at Tampa … season shortened due to COVID-19.

2019 – Attended NCAA Division I Stony Brook.

High School:
Played at Westhampton Beach High School … was a five-year letterwinner in lacrosse during her time in high school … concluded her career with 450 saves, the most in program history … competed on the club level for the Long Island Yellow Jackets.

Personal:
The daughter of George and Jennifer Kast … has one sibling, Campbell … majoring in political science with pre-law emphasis and English studies.
