After earning his degree, Locke began his coaching career at his alma mater, serving as a Graduate Assistant for the men’s rugby program. In 2016, he transitioned to the role of Assistant Coach for the Lindenwood Women’s Rugby team. In recognition of his outstanding achievements, Locke was inducted into the Lindenwood Sports Hall of Fame in 2022, both as a student-athlete (2012 Men’s Rugby team) and as a coach (2017 Women’s Rugby team).
